Canada Post Corp only delivers to residential houses, and may not deliver to apartment addresses. For non-direct deliveries, your order will be sent to your nearest Canada Post Office and you will be notified where and when you can pick it up.

WINE RACK PICK UP LOCATIONS
If you have chosen one of the 2 pre-arranged Wine Rack stores to pick up your online order, please allow for a minimum of 2-3 business days for confirmation that your order has been shipped. We will contact you to let you know when the order is ready for pickup at the Wine Rack location. Due to limited warehouse space, your order will be held for a maximum of 7 days. If you are unable to pick up your order in time, please email us HERE to let us know when we can arrange an alternative pick up time.
