Great wine for a reasonable price! Bold (but not overwhelming), rich and complex flavour. Tasty with steak dinner and fresh garden veggies. Perfect for late summer, early fall. Pleased to support Ontario vineyards, and to attract positive attention to the north! Thank you, Sandbanks for this delicious treat!

Great wine for easy weekday dinner. Interesting initial taste with a smooth finish. Easily paired with a beef, salad and crusty bread menu. Perfect addition to my casual cellar for relaxing in late Fall with friends or alone. Supporter of Ontario wines. Thanks to The Wine Rack, Walmart - Orleans, On for the suggestion.

This is my favourite red wine ever! It's smooth and just a delightful warm wine that goes down so easily. If you're looking for something new and fantastic, give this a try!

Sleeping Giant is a wonderful full bodied red wine that is so smooth and a delight to taste. To me it has a sultry quality. Please try and enjoy, while supporting Ontario wineries such as Sandbanks! Love, love, love this wine!

Smooth taste with excellent finish. A beautiful wine that doesn’t over power the palate. Fantastic in its own or paired. I had it with salmon and it was a perfect complement to the fish.
